Job Description
Your Role:
The Family Release Deployment and Maintenance team facilitates the General Availability Family releases and all subsequent monthly releases. As a vital member of our team, you'll dive into a fast-moving program, driving programs that deliver the latest in security and functional updates directly to our customers and partners. Imagine being the backbone that supports zero-downtime updates, empowering users to evolve continuously with our products.

Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- A bright, curious mind with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, ready to take on larger responsibilities
- A knack for analytics and a proficient user of excel
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading meetings and presenting ideas clearly
Desirable Extras:
- ServiceNow application experience a plus
- Experience with SaaS products
- PMP & Agile certifications
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
