Description & Qualifications
Description
Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of the UKG Workforce TeleStaff application.- Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality product releases
- Ensuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platforms
- Successful candidates will be experienced in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment.
- A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation, and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position.
Qualifications
3+ yrs IT industry experience working with product companies and top tier service level organization.- Hands on thorough experience (minimum 2-3 years) with software test automation tool(s) - Web driver, Selenium using frameworks (like serenity cucumber etc.)
- Highly skilled in writing simple to medium complex queries/logic to fetch data from Database
- Experience testing using various Windows environments
- JMeter hands on experience (Preferred)
- Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC
- Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviews
- Good experience in test management tools like ALM , JIRA
- Exceptional problem solving skills with excellent documentation and communication skills
- Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through
