Job Overview
Role: Sr. D&T Analyst – Machine Learning Operations
Location: Mumbai

General Mills, Digital and Technology India, is seeking a Sr Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative Data Science team. The Analyst, is part of the D&T Data Science team and will work to advance our objective of leading CPG in digital and technology. As part of the data science function, they will play a critical role in advancing our Machine Learning and data science programs. They will support and advise D&T Data Science projects in planning, managing, and evaluating operations, processes, and programs. The analyst will assist in all aspects of operational and organizational effectiveness of AI/ML solutions.

Role Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in planning and implementation of Data Science and MLOps projects, initiatives, and deliverables
• Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators and overall program progress
• Partner to develop and implement enterprise Data Science and MLOps documentation standards
• Develop and maintain tooling to support operational excellence and manage key workstreams
• Analyze policies, procedures, and practices and make recommendations for optimization
• Collect and document DS and MLOps best practices and manage internal communications
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Proactively figures out ways to improve existing processes and systems and works under minimal supervision
• Collaborate with the data science leads and cross-functional teams to enable implementation of AI strategies.

Must - have technical skills and experience
• Overall 8+yrs of Industry experience with 4+ yrs of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Preferable management exposure in Business, Finance, Economics, Applied Math or related fields with some quantitative training.
• Have very good fundamental knowledge about how to create dashboard and present it to different stakeholders
• Experience working on technical projects, programs and/or practice areas
• Experience managing complex technical tasks and projects
• Experience working with an Agile development methodology featuring sprints, point estimation and daily stand-ups.

Good to have skills
• Knowledge of data science, analytics, or similar field
• Experience with Jira, ADO, or similar program management tools
• Knowledge of Google Cloud a plus
