- Position Summary: Responsibilities include discovering & pursuing new sales prospects & drive transactions target
Location- Kerala
Key Responsibilities-
- Responsible to achieve franchisee sales target
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the key contacts within the community/market
- Cold call all existing master franchisee and prospect for potential sales, Identify alternatives franchise prospects in local communities
- Responsible for arranging initial meetings with franchise/master franchisee, delivering the Value Proposition, driving the flow of conversations continuously throughout Franchise Development process, , cold calls, weekly pipeline -update calls and sales strategy meetings, regarding future Franchise Sales and projected closings
- Manages the execution of lead generation and qualification activities, including responses to potential franchisee inquiries
- Monitoring transaction done by Master Franchisee & Franchisee
- Keep a tab on transactions
- Workout ways with Master Franchisee & Franchisee to increase transactions
Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications & Skill- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience, prefer degree in Business Management or Sales & Marketing
Technical- Good Communication Skills written and spoken - English, and regional language Malayalam, (Good to know Hindi) Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
Behavioral-
- Ability to identify and create new business opportunities
- Ability to conduct appropriate due diligence, negotiations
- Real estate experience preferred and/or Franchise Sales experience a plus
- Business to business outbound sales experience preferred
