Job Description:
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers while also handling various accounting tasks. Your main duties will include:
- Customer Relations:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries.
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Building rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accounts Management:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Processing customer payments and invoices accurately.
- Reconciling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with basic financial reporting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (training will be provided if necessary).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
