SalaryWhat success looks like in this role:
Business Operations and Analytics role supporting global Enterprise Compute Solutions Client Management organization. Responsible for coordinating and executing key analytics and operational functions across Enterprise Compute Solution business unit, supporting ECS senior management. Primary area of responsibility is analysis of the ClearPath Forward user base, particularly focused on base retention. This analysis supports the ECS strategic plan, is a base metric for ECS and is identified as a registered business risk for Unisys. This analysis is regularly reported to the Board of Directors and is also referenced in Unisys 10-Q SEC filings.
- Provide regular and ad hoc analysis to ECS leadership and key senior stakeholders, including Client Management teams across all regions focused on tracking of account status over time
- Track Account Status for both ECS direct clients and partner/reseller base
- Consolidate annual outlooks and long-term plans (5 years) into executive level summaries
- Utilize Salesforce.com to compose and distribute reports on key account/opportunity data
- Own and maintain the integrity of global pipeline reporting to ECS leadership and regional stakeholders
- Execute assigned responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner
- Ongoing Lost Client Analysis in support of overall client retention studies

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Operations/Analytics
- Associate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize large data sets into high level analyses and present findings and recommendations
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Expertise in MS Excel functionality including pivot tables/charts and formulas
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint to articulate data in presentations
- CRM fluency (Salesforce.com)
- Power BI and Fusion (if internal candidate)
- Experienced in working with ERP system (if external candidate)
- Pipeline management
- Outlook/forecasting familiarity and experience
