Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Moderating content: Based on the review of the content, take actions to remove or flag content that violates the platform’s policies or is inappropriate or offensive. Responsible to ban or block users who violate the platform’s terms of service.
• Analyze trends and patterns: Responsible for analyzing trends and patterns in the content that is posted on a platform to identify potential issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams, such as legal, policy, or customer service, to ensure that the content on the platform is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide customer support: In some cases, provide customer support to users by answering questions and addressing concerns related to content moderation.
• Stay up to date on policies and guidelines: Be familiar with the platform’s policies and guidelines and must stay up to date on any changes or updates.

Key skills & knowledge:

• Must have experience of 2+years’ experience.
• Proficient in Read/Comprehend/Translate from Sinhalese to English Language, Content Moderation experience is preferred, need to have Proficiency in English
• Comprehension Skills And good written communication skills in Sinhalese language (Read, Speak, comprehend).
• Strong Logical/Analytical Skills (Cognitive Ability)
• Focus on accuracy and eye for detail.
• Technical knowledge
• Critical Thinking, keyboarding skills

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate
