Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive/Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of Human Resource management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Bahraini labor laws.
Additionally, they will facilitate visa processing and work permit applications for expatriate staff in accordance with Bahraini immigration requirements and provide guidance on Bahraini labor law matters, including Social Insurance Organization (SIO) contributions and employee benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Human Resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations, to support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and regulations in all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employment contracts, terminations, and employee benefits.
- Facilitate visa processing and work permit applications for expatriate staff, ensuring compliance with Bahraini immigration requirements and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including SIO contributions, employee benefits, and labor law compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to address HR-related issues and support organizational growth and development.
- Stay updated on changes to Bahraini labor laws, regulations, and immigration requirements, and ensure compliance across all HR functions.
- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, turnover, training, and compliance, to senior management as required.
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and Bahraini labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; PG/MBA in HR certification preferred.
- 3-10 years of experience in Human Resource management, with a strong understanding of Bahraini labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of visa processing and work permit applications for expatriate staff in Bahrain.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Age requirement: 20-35 years.
