Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students, both in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' academic and social-emotional needs are met.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and assistive technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional techniques as needed.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience working with students of diverse mindset, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
