Job Purpose:
As a Transporter Relationship Asst. Manager, your primary responsibility will be establishing and nurturing strong connections with transporters to enhance our supply chain network. You will be pivotal in expanding our transporter base, maintaining existing relationships, and facilitating seamless communication between transporters and our company. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our logistics operations.
Job Duties:
- Identify and onboard new transporters, assessing their operational strengths and routes.
- Foster relationships with transporters, effectively conveying our company's value proposition and payment processes.
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to strategize and execute transporter engagement initiatives.
- Encourage transporters to submit quotes through our system regularly, ensuring company standards adherence.
- Provide training and explanations to transporters regarding our system and operational processes.
- Regularly analyze the performance of transporters, considering their quote submission frequency and engagement level.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address transporter concerns and ensure a smooth coordination process.
- Represent the face value of the company by demonstrating a deep understanding of our strengths and vision to transporters.
