We are looking for an enthusiastic Solutions Sales Consultant to contribute in generating business for the company. She / He will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective consultant must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and online presentation.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business, and in turn your personal & professional growth and learning.
Responsibilities
Contact potential customers to inform them about a solutions & services
Answer questions about products or the company
Understand customer requirements and close the deal
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Work Type:
Work from home till further intimation, afterwards In-office internship in Noida Office.
Who fits the bill?
Proven experience of 1- 10 years as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Excellent English communication skills with aggressive sales skills
Confident and ability to build relationship with customers easily
Any sales background could be beneficial but not critical. It’s all about attitude and skills
MS Office

Sales experience of
- CRM solutions, Tally, ERP etc
- Furniture / artifacts or related industry
- Financial market analysis terminal
- API testing / Software development industry
- Website & Application development business
Good communication and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs.
Willing to work in a startup culture.
Ready to take initiative.
Good at negotiating and convincing people.
Available for the next 3 months.
