Position Summary :
Responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions. Possesses a deep understanding of various technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen business acumen. Work closely with clients, project managers and development teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure that technology and software solutions are not only technically robust but also aligned with the strategic objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand their business requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, technologies, and processes.
- Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that address the client's needs and challenges. Create detailed technical specifications and architecture documents. Consider scalability, security, performance, and integration aspects while designing solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with software engineers, developers, and analysts to ensure the solution is implemented as designed.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to present and explain proposed solutions. Address client concerns and queries regarding the technical aspects of the solution. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Innovation and Research: Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance the solution's effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the proposed solutions. Develop risk mitigation strategies to address technical and business risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the solution's performance and reliability.
