Social Media Trainee

This is a 3-month trainee role is for FRESHERS in DELHI/NCR only. Please do not apply if you do not fit in this category. Depending on performance, you will be promoted to Social Media Executive after the training period is over. Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi (on-site) Timings: 11am - 6.30pm Mon-Fri. Please note, you may be expected to schedule SM posts on weekends. Company Description Starkle is a Delhi based start-up born out of the idea that precious jewellery should be fine-tuned to match the discerning needs of the current generation. Our jewellery is made from solid gold, diamonds and gemstones and we operate via our website starkle.in as well as via offline stores in Delhi. We have an active Social Media presence with over 90k followers. Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Social Media Trainee located in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. As a Social Media Trainee, you will work closely with our core team and CEO to learn and create engaging content, analyze user engagement, and provide insights to improve our Social Media presence. Some of this includes Organising and managing shoots Maintaining our content inventory Communicating with Influencers and content creators and organising collaborations Creating content on canva for Stories and Posts Work on Social Media campaigns (promotions/product launches) Work on overall content strategy The Trainee Period will last 3 months after which you will be considered for the full time role of Social Media Executive. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or a related field Experience in Social Media marketing, content creation. Excellent writing and communication skills Familiarity with Social Media trends and best practices Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using Social Media analytics tools Experience with photography, graphic design, and video editing is a plus Passion for jewellery and fashion is a plus Compensation  Training period: INR 15,000 (monthly) Post 3 months: TBD Trainee certificate after completion of 3 months of the training period. Please note: Completion of the trainee program is not a guarantee of a full-time role. The role offering will depend on your performance evaluation.
