Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various Social Media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing Social Media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and executing advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various Social Media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics. Write and edit Social Media posts, captions, and headlines.
2. Content Scheduling: Create and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts at optimal times for maximum visibility and engagement.
3. Platform Management: Manage and maintain Social Media profiles and pages for the company. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes.
4. Audience Engagement: Identify and understand target audiences, conduct market research, and tailor marketing efforts to reach and engage the right customers.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze Social Media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media analytics platforms, and insights provided by each social platform. Generate regular reports on key metrics and use data to make informed decisions.
6. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Social Media advertising campaigns. Manage budgets for paid campaigns and track ROI.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of various Social Media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Basic knowledge of Social Media marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools is a plus.
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools.
