Job Title : Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
- Assist teams in screening resumes.
- Conduct initial phone screens for all the given locations.
- Schedule calls and interviews.
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them for interviews
- Send receipt of applications, rejection emails)
- Participate in recruiting events
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Well versed with hiring portals like Indeed, LinkedIn and other Social Media Platforms.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply who are graduated
- Candidate with 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication & writing skill in English
- Knowledge of MS OFFICE - Work, Excel, Powerpoit.
- Ability to understand various Job requisitions
- Problem-solving attitude
