AddressKey responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities –
- Plan and develop processes and capacity utilization strategy for SMT assembly operation. (Kitting, solder paste printing , automated solder paste inspection , component placement , reflow soldering , automated optical inspection , automated X-ray inspection , BGA rework).
- Trouble shooting of machine problems during Production process.
2. Functional responsibilities –
- Performs preventive maintenance activities on SMT line machines.
- Optimize machine setup and programming sequences.
- Follow SMT processes & provide suggestions for improvement.
- Generate and maintain documentation on PM, history card and equipment maintenance activities (check sheets, standard reports, justifications, scheduling, etc.)
- Performs continuous machine assessment activities and generates and executes.
- Adept in handling project activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, fabrication, team building and co-ordination with internal & external departments.
- Proven dexterity in leading & directing personnel towards accomplishing common organizational goal and objective.
To qualify for the role, you must have –
- Qualification : ITI, Diploma/Degree in Electronics
- Work experience -0 to 4yrs
- Hands-on experience with tools, boards, parts, and other components of PCB assembly machines.
- Ample understanding BOM.
- Good communication- verbal as well as written- email communication.
- Good knowledge of SMT machine & Processes.
- Customer centric approach and orientation
- Collaborates and manages Internal customers that supply solutions to enhance the company’s product(s)
- Must be a creative and innovative technologist to be successful.
- Team & people management,
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal authority and integrity with proven ability to establish relationships.
- Strong demonstrated experience in interaction with cross functional heads and continuously questioning the status quo and raise the bar in improving quality, collaboration and experience

- Working experience with both product and SMT technology
