Ours (formerly known as Examly) is a growing Enterprise B2B Edtech startup based out of Coimbatore. We started back in 2016 as a small 5-member team incubated from PSG STEP and have now grown to 110+ members. Our customers are predominantly Top IT Firms and Universities across India. They use our various products for their IT up-skilling and AI proctored assessment needs.
Eligibility:
- M.E/M Tech/ PhD in Computer Science/ IT/ AI/ML or other computer related streams
- Has Development or Teaching Experience in Java, Data Structures and algorithm
- Development or Teaching Experience in Java Full stack or any Web development will be an added advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to keep learning and updating latest technology will be an added advantage
Job Role:
We are looking for a Skill development Engineer with deep understanding, thinking, learning from the past and Training Software Development.. In addition, you should have the leverage to work on mistakes immediately, which requires one to learn by trial and error and eventually lead to perfection, instead of looking at perfection at the first attempt. Once hired, You would undergo an intensive 3 months CS Fellowship Bootcamp to learn, code and mentor Java Full Stack Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on Java Full Stack development, catering to learners at various skill levels.
- Content Development: Create and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies to provide hands-on guidance to trainees.
- Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to enhance the overall training program.
- Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Technical Resource: Serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees' questions and providing guidance on complex development topics.
