Site Supervisor

Job Overview:

A Site Supervisor needs to have a solid understanding of site supervising principles, interior site techniques, and project management. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are also essential for success in this role. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and advancements is important for continuous improvement in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily Project activities.
• Perform daily site visits to oversee the work.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues related to workmanship and materials.
• Serve as the point of contact between project managers and on-site personnel.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Prepare and submit reports to project managers as required.

Skills:

• Identify and address issues or delays that may impact the project timeline.
• Must be aware about the software's like Auto-CAD,Sketchup etc.
• Collaborate with project managers to find effective solutions to challenges.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• BE in civil engineering or related field
• Prior work experience of 1 to 2 years as a Site Supervisor.
• Experience in Interior site supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
