AddressRole Overview:
This full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun is designed for an experienced Ecommerce Theme Developer skilled in Shopify and WooCommerce. You'll be a crucial member of our development team, tasked with crafting custom themes and functionalities that elevate conversions and enrich the user experience for our clients' e-commerce platforms.

- Type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Salary Range: 6.2 - 10.5LPA
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Ecommerce Theme Development (Shopify and WooCommerce)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Timing, 35-hour work week
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom themes and modifications for Shopify and WooCommerce, tailored to meet client specifications.
- Ensure all themes are responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for peak performance across various devices and browsers.
- Execute comprehensive testing and debugging to guarantee deployments of the highest quality.
- Work closely with project managers and designers to transform visual concepts into functional e-commerce experiences.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest features and coding practices of Shopify, WooCommerce, and other leading e-commerce platforms to continually enhance our development methodologies.
- Offer technical advice and recommendations to refine e-commerce strategies for our clientele.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in developing themes for Shopify and WooCommerce, evidenced by a portfolio of custom themes.
- Proficiency in Shopify's Liquid templating language, WooCommerce hooks and filters, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of the API and app ecosystems of Shopify and WooCommerce for integrating third-party solutions.
- Skilled in using version control systems, such as Git.
- A solid grasp of SEO principles and how to apply them within e-commerce settings.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to function both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Magento, BigCommerce, or PrestaShop is highly valued.
