The Ads Team at Sharechat is seeking an experienced business professional to join our Strategy Team for the Ads Business. In this role as Lead, you will spearhead the development and promotion of our advertising solutions across diverse advertiser categories. What you'll do?
- Design & Develop Go To market strategies and sales strategies for Key Accounts
- Drive and create sales Annual business plans for key accounts / verticals in collaboration with Sales teams.
- Work on proactive ideas for upselling and cross selling offerings
- Understand , identify and drive structured analysis of specific problems of specific accounts/ industry and create solutions for addressing the issues.
- Research , analyze competition and provide inputs to leadership team.
- Take full ownership on variety of projects and partner closely with cross functional teams
- Be comfortable with Data and be analytical in approach. Drive actionable insights from data and derive strategies that translate that yield high ROI
Who are you?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy in a media/publishing/ ad tech organization
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com , Excel and Powerpoint.
- Prior experience in pitching ad products to clients
- Prior experience in data driven decision making
- High quality presentation skills and adept at Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc)
- Ability to drive analysis from data
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Ideal candidate should have a strategy consulting background and few analytical tools under his/her belt.
