Purpose of the job
The role is responsible for providing timely pre and post sales services to customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Accountabilities
Post Sales services
- Provide post sales services to customers, such as repairs and product replacements
- Carry out repairs of various types of microphones, wireless microphones, premium headphones, speakers (Monitor)
- Practical experience for system connectivity, basic IT networking knowledge mandatory.
- Customer service communication – Receiving telephone calls & replying to customer’s as per standard procedures set by the company. Manage information flow to customer (communicate repair time, repair estimates, payment)
- Entertaining walk-in customers for after sales services/ warranty replacements
- Maintain performance statistics and reports.
- General administrative work, documentation. (Invoice generation & payments from customers)
- Daily, weekly, Monthly report submission to corporate office
Spare parts inventory
- Manage sale and purchase of spare parts, and inventory for the same
- Stock spare parts as per the guidelines of the organization
Invoices and collections
- Timely generation of invoices
- Follow up with customers for collections against outstanding
payments
Knowledge updating
- Keep abreast of all Finance and other relevant policies and
procedures
Key Dimensions
- Service Revenue Generation Target – INR 0.20 – 0.40 Cr
- Achieve warranty repairs turnaround time
- Achieve return rate after repairs
- Ability to handle difficult customers on-site or walk-in customers

Job requirements
- 3 – 5 years in hard core audio product repair experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics
