Job Description
- Make immobilization mould as advised by treating consultant.
- Position the patient with Moving Laser on the CT table top for CT Planning.
- Execute the planned treatment on the treatment machine and document the details in treatment prescription chart and Daily Treatment Register.
- Ensure that patient is sent for weekly follow-up to the treating consultant.
- Send the treatment charts for verification and re plan whenever indicated,
- Give appointment to patients for daily treatment at the convenience of patient and availability of machine.
- Emergency irradiation of blood/ blood products whenever required.
- Inform the Physicist for any problem in the machine.
- To check the positioning lasers daily and inform the Physicist if any deviation noted.
- Assist the Physicist in dosimetry whenever required.
- To be present with the Service Engineer on breakdown servicing, whenever instructed and accept machine in working condition.
