DYD is a new business initiative and we are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Service Team Leader for our backend and E-commerce platform.
At DYD, we are taking the car repair service experience to a whole new level. Simplifying the process while maximizing customer comfort. Integrating the latest technology to get quality results in a short time is what we aim for.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Service Van readiness on daily basis
- Daily output management from technicians.
- All customer appointment management.
- Managing customers for all queries and rescheduling appointments.
- Co-ordination with Parts Team and ensure Parts availability.
- Managing Biker for all emergency job.
- Co-ordination with Service Garage.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS.
- Problem Management.
- SV & Technicians KPI Management.
- Customer Satisfaction Index Score Management.
- Customer Complaint Solving.
- Service Garage Management.
- DYD Brand Building.
Skills Required:
- MS –Office.
- Well versed in basic use of computer.
- Expert in DMS and APP management.
- Problem Solving.
Qualification : ITI / Diploma
