The Role
Identify and improve workforce productivity by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling and coordination of service resources for preventative maintenance and ad-hoc break fix.
What you will do:
  • Daily co-ordination, dispatch and monitoring of inbound and outbound service calls to service engineers through workforce management system / Service Manager
  • Priority call allocation for A, B and C customers
  • Liaising with customers regarding job updates, service invoice enquiries, scheduling installation times, parts enquires and assisting with all service related matters.
  • Liaising with service engineers regarding call status progress and updates
  • Ordering and quote management for spare parts
  • Assisting to collate and process all service dockets from service technicians
  • Daily invoice processing to achieve KPI targets
  • Work closely with the other team functions regarding parts ordering, warranty support and equipment sales and installations
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting
  • Requisite all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work
  • Collaborate with technical service supervision/ manager to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective preventative maintenance route and schedule
  • Generation of service invoice from service report
  • Work with technical service manager to identify service contract opportunities
  • Follow up with existing customers for contract renewal
  • Providing back up to other CRM functions as needed
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvements
  • Keep technical service manager informed of abnormal or critical situations
  • Work with Technical Service Manager to establish, maintain and improve the
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow processWhat you need to have:
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Good technical aptitude i.e. printers and parts
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Must have an attention to detail
  • Must show initiative, be flexible and adaptable
  • ERP / Planning system experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Freshers (Encouraging Diversity)
  • Work experience in coding industry is an advantage
