Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Project Manager located in New Delhi. The Service Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing ongoing Service Delivery Projects, ensuring that they meet customer expectations, on time delivery and are within budget. The Service Delivery Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Service Delivery, Program Management and Project Management skills
• Experience in IT Service Management and Business Process Improvement
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, project management, or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
