Service Coordinator

Job summary
Entry level position to support service operations in the UKWorks closely with field service technicians, customers, tech support, and sales teamsResponsible for providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities
• Maintains service, warranty, and technical support inbox• Logs calls and orders through the ticketing system• Processes field service orders, service purchase orders, warranty claims, and service requests• Assists customers with equipment and field service-related problems• Creates and maintains role related workflows• Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual habits as scheduled
Requirements
• Post-secondary college level business diploma or degree• Three to five years experience in a fast-paced service or customer service type environment• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Infor LN ERP• Strong PC skills, especially Word and Excel• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics preferred
Key Skills Needed
• HVAC experience is an asset• Ability to effectively present business information• Ability to respond to questions from managers, channel partners, customers, and end-users
