If you are passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and have a strong background in Zoho development, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and design solutions using Zoho platforms.Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho HRMS (People, Recruit, Payroll), Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho suite products to meet business needs.Design and implement Zoho integrations with third-party applications and services using APIs and webhooks.Create and maintain documentation for the Zoho applications, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, integrations, and workflows.Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho features, updates, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.Collaborate with the QA team to perform testing and ensure the quality of the developed solutions.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members using Zoho applications.Monitor performance and security of Zoho applications and take necessary actions to optimize and secure the systems.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Zoho HRMS apps.Developing and creating Deluge code (scripting), Functions, WorkflowsProficiency in programming languages such as Deluge Script (Zoho's scripting language), Functions, Workflows, JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs.Strong understanding of database concepts and data modelling within Zoho applications.Experience in designing and implementing Zoho integrations with third-party systems.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.Problem-solving skills and out-of-box thinker with the ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.Prior experience with other CRM or ERP systems is a plus.Zoho certifications are a strong advantage.Minimum relevant 2 + years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.If you are a proactive and enthusiastic developer who is ready to make an impact by leveraging your Zoho expertise, we'd love to hear from you.Join our team and be part of an exciting journey in shaping our Zoho-based applications to drive business success.
