Responsibilities:
- Ability to ideate independently with a Copy Partner and execute campaign ideas across traditional and digital mediums.
- Have an excellent eye for detail.
- Manage a junior team and supervise multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Supervise photo shoots
- Work in close coordination with the Account management team and meet mutually agreed deadlines.
- Ensure quality control across jobs with a high level of consistency.
- Deliver award-winning ideas.
- Must have detailed working knowledge of Adobe softwares- Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Must be conversant working on Mac machines.
- Qualification: Master /Bachelor in fine Arts
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Good communication skills
