Technical Competencies
Requirements for the Sr. Automation QA:
Must:
- Maven [more than just dependency]
- TestNG/Junit
- Java concepts
- Selenium
- Rest API auto // Or API understanding if API automation is hard to find.
- Well versed with learning / creating new automation frameworks.
Good to have:
- BDD
Others Desirable Requirement
- Ability to handle pressure when required
- Ability to suggest improvements to a User Story and communicate these to required stakeholder (Business Analyst/PO)
- Well versed with agile development methodology.
- Is a good team player
- Can guide other team members
