We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Technician, Lockbox Managementto join our Lockbox Management team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu & Pune, Maharashtra - hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- This position includes responsbility for all tasks associated with the accurate and timely processing of invoices/transactions as per the individual client instructions in Input Express.
- The role requires effective decision making, attention to the minutest detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proficiency to read & understand the complex alpha numeric data, look-up for the acceptable customer using the appropriate search criterias and post the check amounts to the correct customer account numbers. The Processor must ensure the completion of the work within the cut off timings.
- This position includes strong analytical skills to analyze every invoice/transactions through all possible processing criteria’s.
- This position requires the incumbent to be flexible to work in 24/7 environment and may have to stretch beyond normal working hours to meet deadlines/ complete urgent work etc.
- The role incorporates accurate processing of the invoices/transactions to make sure that no over paying or under paying takes place.
- The role requires prioritization of work according to client expectations.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Fresher / 1 year experience with good interpersonal and systems skills can be considered.
- Candidate is required to clear the typing speed with a min of 35 keystrokes/per Minute
- Good communication skills are preferred for the role.
- Ability to self-manage and work with limited direction
- Candidate should be flexible & adaptable, willing to work in India night shifts.
