Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
The CFIN Mapping, Replication and Reconciliation team is responsible for the creation and
maintenance of Mappings, ensure replication of financial transactional data to S4 is monitored
and fully achieved, and that proper reconciliation is undertaken to confirm data is delivered
according defined design.
The team should be responsible to support data owners, project teams, GBS teams and market
stakeholders on the queries related with data replication to the new S4 environment.
They should ensure proper processes and guidelines are maintained in order to maintain and
improve replication of data is delivered within the SLAs established, to ensure proper data
quality for the consumption of consolidation and reporting streams.
They shall be concerned with ensuring quality of data and compliance with the design deployed
by relevant product owners within the TRANS4RM program. They shall create relevant
measures for proper governance and mitigation of observed issues to ensure proper flow of
replicated data to S4.
The Senior Specialist R2R Transformation will be aligned to one of the GBS Functional service
teams and will provide business support for the team, as it sets and delivers the solution
strategy and roadmap for an end-to-end business solution globally. He or she will be supporting
the project to ensure compliance with the global design and other continuous improvement
initiatives driven by the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for data mapping creation/maintenance and trigger relevant discussions
with relevant data owners
- Ensure proper replication is taking place, by managing activities between technical and
business teams to correct and mitigate errors
- Ensure proper reconciliation takes place based on the dimensions defined as in scope
for CFIN
- Ensure proper communication of the findings of reconciliation are communicated to
relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper actions are taken to correct and mitigate findings

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Data mapping, Replication and reconciliation roles and responsibilities
- Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments
- Understanding of GBS processes
- Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process
review and compliance
- Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with different international cultures
- Very good analytical mindset
- Very good communication skills especially when interacting with different levels of
business
- Familiarity with project management, strong planning and organization skills, and ability
to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to
specified deadlines
- Fluent English (verbal and written),
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration,
Communication or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive work experience in relevant functional area, ideally
in a Shared Service environment
