As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be serve in the role of Human Health Insights, Analytics & Data (HHDDA) Operational Excellence Business Process Analyst. In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our compan partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.
- Partner with HHDDA India Hub Lead to ensure HHDDA India is executing in alignment with the overarching hub strategy and operating principles.
- Collaborate with the capability leads or hiring managers to assess and address talent acquisition and management needs.
- Develop standards and processes that are cross-cutting for HHDDA India and create mechanisms to ensure visibility and access to same
- Lead a team of admins and scrum master supporting the hub sustainment and oversee all activities and tasks associated with support functions in an agile manner.
- Manage functional/ technical training activities for capability teams at Hub.
- Identify and summarize site level themes and insights for operational management reviews, to ensure the current state of the site is understood and opportunities and challenges are met real time.
- Liaise with local point of contacts for various support functions (e.g., Facility, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, Travel etc.) for sustainment of the hub.
- Serve as the culture champion, partner with community and network lead/manager to pull through culture initiatives, while simultaneously stimulating site level culture.
- Partner with communications to plan change management & knowledge sessions.
- Partner to implement a seamless onboarding experience and monitor for effectiveness and points of iteration; develop presentations and recommendations for standardized processes.
- Partner to co-create recommendations for campus recruiting & relationship building.
- Establish a forward-looking view for the hub, to continue to progress the transformation and the execution of the operating model.
- Drive innovation and automation to drive new ways of working.
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations.
- 8+ years of working experience in project management handling operations.
- Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions.
- Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive.
- Proven organizational skills, including time management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in creating executive level presentations.
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- PMI Certified or equivalent experience.
- Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence.
- Data and analytics business acumen.
- Healthcare / Biopharma experience.
