Hiring &Pre-Employment Activity

- Co-ordination with recruitment agencies for cv's
- Conduct HR round of Interviews
- Preparation of Offer Letter to the selected Candidate

- Preparation of Employment contract
- Onboarding and Induction

- Probation Confirmation
- Assist in Performance Management
- Assist in ID Card formation
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Preparation of payroll input register and review the output
- Co-ordination with medical/health insurance vendors
- Administration and calculation of leave entitlement (Overtime, Sickness, and Holiday). Provide instruction to payroll as appropriate.
- Fetching & Sharing of Leave and Attendance records of employees from the Client's HRIS where appropriate and with relevant system access.
Employee Relations
- Employee Connect (as schedule, function wise/department wise)
- Query Handling related to Payroll (Inv. Declaration / Taxation / Salary received)
- Grievance Handling
Exit Management
- No Dues Clearance
- Full & Final Settlement input
- Relieving Letter
- Advise payroll in the deregistering of leaver from local mandatory / non-mandatory social security schemes.
