Hiring &Pre-Employment Activity 

• Manpower requirement received from functional heads/Managers.
• Co-ordination with recruitment agencies for cv's
• Conduct HR round of Interviews
• Preparation of Offer Letter to the selected Candidate
• Pre-employment health/background check

Post Employment Activity

• Preparation of Employment contract
• Onboarding and Induction
• Employee database management
• Probation Confirmation
• Assist in Performance Management
• Assist in ID Card formation

Compensation & Benefits Administration 

• Preparation of payroll input register and review the output
• Co-ordination with medical/health insurance vendors
• Administration and calculation of leave entitlement (Overtime, Sickness, and Holiday). Provide instruction to payroll as appropriate.
• Fetching & Sharing of Leave and Attendance records of employees from the Client's HRIS where appropriate and with relevant system access.

Employee Relations

• Employee Connect (as schedule, function wise/department wise)
• Query Handling related to Payroll (Inv. Declaration / Taxation / Salary received)
• Grievance Handling

Exit Management 

• No Dues Clearance
• Full & Final Settlement input
• Relieving Letter
• Advise payroll in the deregistering of leaver from local mandatory / non-mandatory social security schemes.
