Role and Responsibilities
  • Focus to supplements, nutraceutical customers
  • Handle all customers' inquiries about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
  • Seek for Sales opportunity by expanding customers based as well as supplier based.
  • Provide updated market information and competitors activities to management
  • Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
  • Cooperate with customers service team and supply chain team to deliver the best service to customers.
  • Manage inventory level.
  • Prepare annual sales forecast for budgeting.
  • Complete market survey report upon request.
  • Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Min 5 years experience in selling supplement, nutraceutical, food ingredients and nutrition.
  • Able to drive with driving car license
  • Possess own car
  • Good Communication and Sales skill
  • Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English
