Role and Responsibilities
- Focus to supplements, nutraceutical customers
- Handle all customers' inquiries about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
- Seek for Sales opportunity by expanding customers based as well as supplier based.
- Provide updated market information and competitors activities to management
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Collaborate with team colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Cooperate with customers service team and supply chain team to deliver the best service to customers.
- Manage inventory level.
- Prepare annual sales forecast for budgeting.
- Complete market survey report upon request.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
- Min 5 years experience in selling supplement, nutraceutical, food ingredients and nutrition.
- Able to drive with driving car license
- Possess own car
- Good Communication and Sales skill
- Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English
