Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dietician to join our team on a Fee-For-Service (FFS) basis. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing personalized dietary consultations and guidance to our patients, promoting healthy eating habits and contributing to their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments to understand patients' medical history, nutritional needs, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that address patients' specific health conditions, dietary restrictions, and preferences.
- Educate and counsel patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and meal planning.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to patients as they strive to achieve their health goals.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in nutrition science and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with a valid license to practice in India.
- Master's degree in Dietetics or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of human nutrition, metabolism, and disease management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to educate and motivate patients in a compassionate and patient-centered manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred).
