Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- To deliver the Annual Operating Plan for the designated “Region”
- Drive top line sales growth on through Existing Customer & new business development
- Deliver bottom line profitability targets by focusing on price and product mix optimization
- Timely collection of accounts receivables
- Focus and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for handling networking and negotiations with key decision makers and turning around discussion in to favorable business results
- Must be good Team player & Self Motivated
- Know Excel well and have sense of Business understanding
- Should know about the Market & having good experience in B2B Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Maintain the record of opportunity pipeline for Share gain and New innovation projects
- Collaboration with cross functional marketing, tech marketing & product management to qualify product applications
- Travel required in the entire North Region.
- Develop an up-to- date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and Weaknesses of the existing products in
- At Par with the Competition.
- Develop a good knowledge of the product in line with the market; demand, Competition and prices.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- BE/ B Tech degree in Engineering and MBA is desired but not essential
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B Sales .
Knowledge and Personality Traits
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills for working with a peer group.
- Prior knowhow and understanding of labels business.
- Ability to understand buyer behavior and decision making process.
Sales Management
- Understand the selling process in detail for self-implementation as well as the influence team.
- Ability to effectively use relevant sales tools and selling techniques (Thorough knowledge of SPIN).
- Appreciation of various pricing and costing models.
- Leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas and new paradigms to create value in the market
