Job Purpose:
The role would be responsible for end-to-end Digital Marketing portfolio of two of the most iconic tractor and farm machinery brands, and one of the fastest growing engines and generators brand in India.
Some of the core responsibility areas include brand management and marketing in the digital space, covering the entire spectrum of Digital Marketing funnels like awareness, consideration and performance marketing, including content creation, influencer marketing, lead generation, third-party integration, Organizational Reputation Management (ORM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online crisis management and communication, campaign monitoring, ROI reporting, contributing new ideas, managing implementation of ideas, agency coordination, annual and monthly planning, budget management, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The candidate must have a deep understanding of brand management and Digital Marketing, and should be updated with the latest trends and popular developments in the domain
2. Focus on online stakeholder communications, brand building, performance marketing, including SEO/SEM, database building and marketing, email marketing, Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads, and other social media platforms for CPM and CPL based campaigns
3. Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, content creation and executing ideas in the digital space
4. Work with the team and agency partners to strategize and strengthen the brand's social media presence
5. Participate in strategic planning, assessment and reporting. Support collection and analysis of key metrics, analytics and ROI reporting
6. Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, and assess against set goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
8. Assist in the formulation of Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies to build a lasting digital connection with stakeholders
9. Drive engagement and reach for all digital assets of the respective brands
10. Support the Communications & Digital Marketing Team in events, internal communications, leadership presentations and special projects, as and when required
11. Managing a young and driven team of high performers
12. Effectively managing big budgets for best possible ROI and tracking marketing spends
