Role: Syscon Wires is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quality Head to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our CHQ wires for critical applications. Dynamic professional with a background in metallurgy and mechanical engineering with a proven track record in quality management. Candidate shall be aware of Sph Annealing & Pickling Phosphating process of Mild Steel, Carbon Steel, Boron Steel, High Carbon Steel & Ball Bearing Steel.

Job Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure that our steel wires meet the highest industry standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Testing and Inspection: Oversee all testing and inspection procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance.
Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and compliance with quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control, ISO, IATF procedures and performance.
Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials and components used in wire production.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues through effective root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customer support and feedback to address and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Knowledge:
1. Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering (BE/B-Tech).

3. In-depth knowledge of metallurgical processes and quality control standards.
4. Proven experience in process improvement and root cause analysis.
5. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prfioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
