Senior Full Stack Software Engineer 

JLL Technology COE, Bangalore

JLL is seeking an experienced SDET / QA Engineer to support development and delivery of transformation solutions.
This role will be responsible for managing and delivering manual, automated (functional & performance), database & web services testing, in cooperation with the rest of the scrum team. The candidate will work closely with the QA Manager/Lead to develop test strategies, plans and schedules, while adhering to defined quality metrics and requirements. This position requires an individual who is passionate about automation and developing elegant software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test automation strategy and test plans based on system specifications, business requirements or user stories.

• Develop and execute Automated test suites (cross browser / platform).
• Programming Language experience, preferably Java, Java-script, TypeScript.
• Design and write maintainable automated feature scripts using Cypress/Playwright tools.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, document and track defects.
• Identify and track recurring issues and design automated testing to prevent future recurrence.
• Drive innovation and adaption of best practices.
• Communicate effectively with all cross-functional team members and stakeholders on technical and

non-technical topics.
• A basic understanding of the Commercial Buildings/Power domain would be beneficial for the role.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of automated solutions.
• Proven work experience in tools like Cypress/Playwright, and experience with build automation

framework like Maven with Java/ Java-script/ TypeScript/ Python implementation.
• Experience in creating Automation framework like TDD, BDD (Cucumber)
• Experience in Performance test automation tools like Locust, JMeter etc.
• Experience with CI/CD and pipeline integration.
• Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, stored procedures, and other data manipulation

technologies.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Advanced REST client, SOAP UI.
• Experience working in an Agile software development organization.
• Knowledge in Project Management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud components like IOT Core, Databases and its services like Lambdas etc. • Strong Analytical & Communication skills.

Good to have skillset:

• Experience with Django Framework.
• Experience with Docker & containers.
• Experience of Web Analytics Testing.
• Building Management System domain knowledge.
