Position: Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for developing a comprehensive commerce graph for merchants across our platforms, emphasizing the advancement of merchant lifecycle goals. Focus on creating and integrating features that enhance the merchant experience at all stages, from onboarding to growth and retention. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure retention, ensuring a seamless and integrated commerce experience that supports and amplifies merchant success and satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to build and execute product strategies. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Customer-centric Development: Prioritize and integrate customer feedback into product development to ensure products meet and exceed user expectations. Implement strategies for engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
• AB Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute AB tests and other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions. Use insights to iterate on product features and enhance user experience.
• Platform Building: Collaborate with global teams to develop scalable platforms that support growth and innovation. Ensure platforms are flexible, secure, and capable of evolving with market demands.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future development priorities. Drive continuous improvement through rigorous analysis and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on building customer-facing products at scale.
• Demonstrated success in leading product development from concept to launch that have delivered significant impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in AB Testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and strong collaboration skills with global and end to end ownership mindset
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to work effectively with user experience, marketing, analytics and engineering teams.
• Experience in building and scaling platforms with global teams, understanding the nuances of diverse markets.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive forward in complex environments.
