Job Description-
Candidate should have experience into bagpack design.

Understanding of Fabrics and Materials: Knowledge of different materials like nylon, polyester, canvas, leather, and their properties.
Technical Textiles: Familiarity with advanced textiles with specific properties like waterproofing, abrasion resistance, and breathability.
Technical Proficiency:
Pattern Making: Ability to create accurate patterns for the different components of a backpack.
Sewing and Construction Techniques. Understanding of sewing methods, construction techniques, and hardware application.
Prototyping: Skill in creating physical prototypes to test and refine designs.
Functional Design:
Ergonomics: Understanding of human anatomy and ergonomics to design comfortable and functional backpacks.
Organization: Designing pockets, compartments, and features for efficient storage and easy access.

Fashion and Outdoor Trends: Staying updated on current fashion trends and outdoor industry developments.
Market Research: Understanding the target audience and their needs.
