SalaryWe are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analystto join our Chennai/Bangalore office. The Senior Marketing Operations Analystis responsible for creating and configuring digital marketing assets, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance, and reporting for automated marketing programs and email distribution. They support campaign activation, lead generation and nurturing, and act as a regional power user for our marketing automation platform, Eloqua.
About You
- A bachelor’s degree holder from any domain.
- Has minimum 2 years of experience with a marketing automation platform, ideally Eloqua, but Pardot or Marketo are also considerable.
- Should have a strong knowledge of how marketing automation platforms sync/connect with CRM platforms like Salesforce to create marketing leads.

- Strong interpersonal skills to deliver best practices, suggestions on campaigns, deliver training, and work with other stakeholders.
- Skills across HTML coding, CSS, JavaScript, the Adobe product suite, like Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Extensive daily use of Eloqua to build marketing assets, such as emails, landing pages, form, segments/target audiences.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns
- Act as marketing power user for Eloqua: provide first line support and offer training and best practices for the global marketing team on how to run simple reports and accomplish basic tasks within Eloqua.
- Troubleshoot issues arising from the use of Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Work with the wider marketing teams across Clarivate to understand their marketing briefs, what they want and how you can deliver that.
About the Team
We are a team of five specialist, and highly-trained Eloqua expert who are integral to ensuring the wider marketing teams are able to run their campaigns, report on their effectiveness, provide feedback/recommendations and offer front line support when needed. The wider team reports to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM IST or 2 PM – 11 PM IST.
