Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder:
- To be overall responsible for complete Security and Administration arrangements at site.
- To be overall responsible for leading the team towards ensuring best Security, administration and GMP practices
- Issuance of contracts, identification and vendor negotiations on canteen, security, transportation, events, stationery procurement, front Office Management, housekeeping, scrap, linen, laundry warehouse, pest control etc.
- To provide administrative support to the customers and ensure trouble free service related to Security, Transport, Canteen, and Stationery, EMP. Engagement, Employee Housing colony, Medical Checkups, Courier Management, Front Office etc.
- Renewal of admin service contracts, budget projections and procurement in accordance with the approved capex budgets.
- To supervise AMC's renewals of contracts for admin service providers.
- Liasioning with government and other related agencies.
- Preparation of administration budget and ensure spending budget.
- To overly monitor Event management/VIP visit arrangement.
- Spear head efficiency agenda and present site management with short term efficiency projects and long- term admin strategy in reduction and improvement in manpower productivity. To eliminate waste out of projects.
- To make Admin audit and compliance ready always.
- To Create opportunities for cost and waste reduction from admin.
- Recruit, train and supervise security officers, supervisors, and guards.
- To conduct threat/vulnerability analyses to determine probable frequency criticality, consequence or severity of natural/man-made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services.
- Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
- Review reports on incidents/breaches and investigate/resolve issues.
- Monitor security policies, programs, or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirement or applicable government security requirements, policies and directives.
- Analyze data to from proposals for improvements and security upgradation.
- Develop or manage investigation programs, including collection and preservation of video and notes of surveillance processes.
- Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Purchase security-related supplies, equipment, or technology. Purchase materials, equipment, or other resources.
- Renewal of security service contracts, capex projections and procurement in accordance with the approved budgets.
- Develop budgets for security operations. Prepare operational budget.
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- AMC's renewals of contracts for security service/solution providers.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests.
- Maintaining Liaison with law enforcing agencies and other government related agencies.
- Plan and coordinate security operation for specific and guard.
- Monitor and ensure secure environment. Preventing security threats in the workplace.
- Team development on technical and leadership skills to create pipeline and succession planning.
