- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for resource administration and appropriate use

- Conduct research and make recommendations on Security products, services, protocols, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
- Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, technical reports and other documentation for IT projects and associated efforts.
- Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals as documentation of security design and operational requirements.
- Assess, approve, and administer all Security and software upgrades.
- Provide L3 expertise for incident and problem management; security incident responses and root cause analysis.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision.
- Responsible to conduct and train junior engineers in the same team, i.e. to equipped them with the knowledge to run and maintain network.
- Work with respective team members on the review of architecture and design, troubleshooting, as well as standardization of the design.
- Work with the respective server and application teams’ members in troubleshooting and identify root cause
- Responsible to work with the respective vendors’ support teams for the troubleshooting, identification, and resolution of problems.
- Responsible for change implementation review, assessment and perform change on devices during downtime Window.
- Responsible to conduct post implementation review on areas of improvement and tuning.
- Coordinate with information security governance team to align IT infrastructure with established standards.
- Ensure system compliance with all established information security policies
- Develop processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation tools for existing manual processes. Ready to work in shifts.
Job Specifications (Key Skills required):
- Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP etc.
- Switching protocols: VLAN, STP, RSTP, CDP, ISL, MSTP, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP
- Multicast technologies: IGMP, PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, PIM-DM.
- Security Technologies: hands on experience on PaloAlto, CheckPoint, IPS, IDS, Antivirus, proxy, URL filtering
- Load balancing technologies: hands on experience on Application Load Balancer (ALB), Network Load Balancer (NLB).
- VPN technologies: IPsec, SSL/TLS, GetVPN
- Proxy: Web Filtering, Application Control, Bandwidth Control, Reporting and Analytics.
- Worked on 2 Factor authentication.
- Preferred to have candidates worked in Banking / Financial / Stock or Commodity Exchange / Broking Firms.
