About 10-12 years of overall experience with strong software Project management experience
-5+ years of experience as a Scrum master using JIRA tool
-Experience of managing team of mixed experience team on Development and/or Production Support working with incidents, Problems
-Plan and monitor multiple projects for effort, schedule, KPI/SLA management and reporting
-Strong communication skills
Good to have
- AWS/any cloud delivery management or knowledge or certification.
