Overview:
In this role the Senior Lead Engineer – will actively participate in New Product Development and design related activities with respect to software development.
Job Description Title: Senior Lead Engineer (P3) – FMS(Hybrid)
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Primary Responsibilities:
- This requires 7-11 years of Avionics experience with 3-4 years FMS (Flight Management System) domain experience.
- Excellent Programming Skills (Python, C, C++/ADA)
- Strong Flight Management Systems domain experience on software coding.
- DO-178B Avionics experience is Mandatory.
- Guide the team through removing impediments by finding the right personnel or solution to accomplish established team goals.
- Navigate the teams through self-organization activities, filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Have good communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Computer Science/ECE/Avionics/Aeronautical.
- Working experience of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer is an added advantage.
- Good skills and knowledge of situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience with custom software development.
- Master’s degree in a similar domain would be a plus.
