Role in a nutshell:

Reporting to the Manager - Business Operations and strategy, you will partner with different Function heads on cross-functional projects to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and improve operational excellence to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will work on a diverse set of problems and challenges such as - driving growth initiatives to improve customer retention, partnering on go-to-market initiatives, and overall sales strategy with Marketing and Sales.

What will you do?

• Analyse unstructured, ambiguous and complex challenges facing the organisation making judicious use of qualitative and quantitative data; gather insights, define problems and identify underlying opportunities.

• Make compelling recommendations; develop a tactical plan to execute and translate them into results.

• Assist leadership team with business planning and product roadmap.

• Lead initiatives to optimise the efforts of function owners - on strategic alignment, being analytical driven and day-to-day operational matters if needed.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects that are of strategic importance and highest priority for the leadership team.

• Act as a link between co-founders and function owners; build consensus amongst different stakeholders.

• Evaluate and track key performance indicators; set a culture of being data-driven across the organisation.

• Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation.

• Ensuring that all growth strategies and initiatives prioritise delivering value to customers and enhancing their experience.

Desired experience:

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience at management consulting firms or investment banks; or similar BizOps experience in the technology domain.

• Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills a solid business sense.

• Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data.

• Be able to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Background and experience in technology is highly preferred.

• Experience in SaaS and enterprise software is a plus.

• An MBA from a class A institution and an IIT or technology qualification will be a strong plus.
