Desired Skills, Certifications:
- Strong customer service attitude and analytical, problem-solving skills
- Accredited Inside Sales manager (AISM) and Certified Inside Sales professional (CISP) accreditations are advantageous
- Proven experience of at least 3 years working as an Inside Sales Executive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Zoho CRM software as well as in Zoho Campaigns Manager
