SimplifyVMS is a very sophisticated multi-tenant SAAS HR Tech product built on a complex microservices architecture. Our clients are large enterprise Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies and need complex engineering design to meet their expectations.

The role:

We are looking for a motivated and driven senior human resources and operations Manager to support end to end HR functions. The resource will lead our distributed employee team of over 300 resources based out of various locations across India. We prefer somebody with software product industry experience. Looking for somebody with high energy and has the zeal and drive to continually learn and grow. Should have excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with our teams across India.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should be a true ambassador for the organization and build strong relationships and culture across the organization.
  • Ability to interact and develop relationships with employees across regions.
  • Manage and oversee the end to end HR function including - onboarding, background check, contract and legal, employee relations, training, compensation, policy implementation, performance evaluation and Exit process.
  • Provide support and input to management regarding employee relation issues from coaching to corrective action; proactively maintain a positive work environment through a fair and consistent resolution process.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and national regulations
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure accuracy and timely distribution to employees
  • Administer and oversee various employee benefits programs.
  • Oversee the management of the Human Resource Management (HRIS) and production of necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function.
  • Partner with CEO and Global SVP Operations to ensure all hiring, training and performance protocol to meet organization objectives.
  • Work closely with executive team members to better understand the needs of the company
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience with broad range of HR functions for a SAAS product or technology firm.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in human resources or related field
  • Strong leadership and management expertise. Should be able to lead and drive expected outcomes from global team members.
  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills required
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Strong leadership qualities to lead an HR team and fulfil an executive function
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations and deal well with conflict
  • High energy and should be able to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with targets and goals.
  • Ability to self-manage time and tasks, including managing multiple concurrent needs.
  • Strong morals and ethics with sound judgement
