Senior Graphics Designer

Overview:

The Senior Graphics Designer plays a crucial role in our organization contributing to the visual identity and branding of our products. This individual will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brands message effectively to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of various marketing materials including digital ads social media graphics and print collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with marketing strategies
• Create and maintain design assets such as graphics logos and photos to ensure a consistent brand image
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Contribute to the evolution of the brands visual style and identity
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and consistency
• Stay updated on graphic design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of design output
• Provide guidance mentorship and feedback to junior designers to foster their professional growth
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to oversee the production of highquality print and digital materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to create engaging and userfriendly design solutions
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables before final production
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements
• Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints while maintaining high design standards
• Proactively seek feedback and implement revisions to improve design outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role
• Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums
• Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design principles
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to crossfunctional teams
• Experience collaborating with copywriters photographers and other creative professionals
• Proficiency in creating designs optimized for digital and print mediums
• Solid understanding of branding and marketing concepts to support brand strategy
• Capability to lead and mentor junior designers in a collaborative team environment
• Uptodate knowledge of design trends techniques and software tools in the industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with external vendors and printers to ensure highquality output

Working Days: Monday to Friday
